Why Does My Listing Need A Visual Tour?

With 90% of homebuyers beginning their search online, it is so important for your home to have maximum web exposure.  Buyers begin their search on two main sites: the local MLS and Realtor.com.  On the Montgomery Area MLS agents are able to add up to 25 photos of the home’s interior.  This simply is not enough for potential buyers to get a good feel of the home and it’s layout.  A Visual Tour allows up to 50 slides (photos).  A good visual tour will pan across an entire room of a home.  The visual tour slide should give a buyer the feeling of looking from the left side of a room to the right.  It is as though you are in the house.   With the number of homes that are avaliable to potential buyers many of them have said they will not look at a home online unless it has those 25 pictures and a visual tour.  Obviously you want buyers to check out your home online.  Do the right thing.  Find an agent that can do a visual tour of your home!  Visit www.VisualTour.com to view sample tours.
